Shipping Costs and Delivery / Payment Methods
The following standard shipping costs apply to deliveries within Germany. Deviations from these are stated on the item detail page and in the shopping cart. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.

For orders with a value of €150 or more, shipping is free.
Freight Forwarding
Large appliances that cannot be shipped as bulky goods by parcel service are delivered by various freight forwarders. For most items, you can choose between standard shipping to the "curbside" and delivery to the point of use. Exceptions are possible for certain items or particularly heavy/large appliances such as side-by-side refrigerators.
The freight forwarder will arrange a delivery date with you, which may extend the delivery time indicated for the item.
If your delivery address is in our region, we are happy to deliver to the point of use with our own qualified personnel. And at a lower cost than using a freight forwarder, which we use for longer distances. You can check the availability of this service in the shopping cart.
Old Appliance Take-back
When a new (same type) electrical appliance is delivered by a freight forwarder or by us as a retailer, we will take back your old appliance free of charge and dispose of it properly; however, in this case, you must inform us immediately after purchase of your wish to dispose of an old appliance.
Upon collection, the appliance must be freely accessible at the delivery location of the new appliance and disconnected from power and water. Built-in appliances must be uninstalled. The appliance must not leak any liquids (defrost refrigerators and freezers, remove inlet hoses and lint filter from washing machines), and attachments such as hoses, cables, etc. must be securely fastened for transport.
DHL Packstation
We are also happy to ship to DHL Packstations. You can create a separate Packstation address with the appropriate address fields for this purpose. Please do not enter a Packstation address in the normal shipping address, as our logistics systems cannot recognize it.
Please note that shipping to DHL Packstations cannot always be offered for logistical reasons. This can be due, for example, to the size of the packaging or the storage location, as we ship from different locations. In addition, some payment providers prohibit shipping to a Packstation for risk reasons.
Island Delivery
For deliveries to the German islands, we charge a surcharge of €15.00. Regardless of the selected shipping method, delivery always only goes to the pier; transportation from there to your home must be organized by you. Affected postcodes: 18565, 25849, 25859, 25863, 25869, 25938, 25946, 25980, 25992, 25996–25999, 26465, 26474, 26486, 26548, 26571, 26579, 26757, 27498, 27499, 83256.
Delivery Times
We ship with various logistics partners from different warehouses. You will receive tracking information, if available, with our shipping notification via email.
The delivery time is stated on the product page. There you can also see whether an item is in stock at the location. Or whether it has to be procured from other warehouses or is only manufactured by the producer upon order.
Large appliances delivered by freight forwarder are indicated accordingly on the product page. The delivery time is influenced by the appointment scheduling of the freight forwarder with you.
Items that you order for pickup will first be prepared for you. You will then receive an email informing you that they are ready for pickup. Items marked, for example, with "available for pickup after 1-3 business days" will first be delivered to your desired pickup location.
For advance payment, receipt of payment is considered the start of the delivery period.
When Your Delivery Arrives
Please check packages and especially large appliances delivered on pallets directly upon receipt for dented or torn packaging. In the event of damage that goes beyond normal signs of transport such as scuff marks or slightly crumpled corners, there is a latent risk that the goods are damaged.
In the event of clear external packaging damage, please ask the driver to wait, despite understandable time pressure. Open the packaging in their presence and inspect the contents. If the goods are damaged, please refuse acceptance. This is your right and has no disadvantages for you.
If receipt is acknowledged without inspection despite recognizable packaging damage, there is a risk that the transport company will subsequently deny the damage and claim that the damage was caused by you after acceptance. Please also ask representatives who accept packages for you to proceed in this manner. All this helps you and us to settle transport damage that becomes visible later (= hidden damage) more quickly. Thank you.
